Credits, plainly
What is a credit?
One credit pays for $0.02 of AI model cost. We meter the real tokens each step uses. Before anything runs you see an estimate ("≈ 3 credits"); we hold that much, charge what the work actually cost, and give back the rest. A typical build turn costs about one credit; long turns on the strongest models cost more.
Do I pay when the AI breaks my app?
No. If a change breaks the build and the automatic fix also fails, the credits for those fix attempts (up to two per turn) are refunded automatically. Refunds show up in Settings › Usage next to the turn they belong to.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Credits from Pro, Max and Team and from top-ups don't expire: whatever you don't use carries over and stays on your account while it's open, including after you cancel. Only the Free plan's daily credits (5 a day) reset every day at midnight UTC; they are used first.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost ten months' price for twelve months (two months free), billed once a year. Your credits still arrive every month, so the monthly allowance is the same as the monthly plan.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, any time. Cancel in Settings › Usage & billing in two clicks: you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free, and your credits, projects and published sites stay. To change plan, use Manage billing there: upgrades and downgrades apply straight away and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
Can I get a refund?
Unused top-up packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Subscriptions aren't refunded for part of a period, except where the law gives you a right to it: customers in the EU, EEA and UK can withdraw within 14 days and pay only for what they used. Billing mistakes are always refunded. Details are in our refund policy at supacode.io/refunds.
When do I need a top-up?
Only if you run out before your plan refills. Packs are one-off payments with no subscription: 150 credits for $10 or 500 credits for $30.
