End User License Agreement

Your licence to use Supacode

Transcend Technologies gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Supacode (the website, the studio and its tools) for personal or business purposes, as long as you follow this EULA and the Terms of Service. Supacode runs in your browser; there is nothing to install.

What stays ours

Supacode itself (its software, design, AI instructions, brand and logo) belongs to Transcend Technologies and its licensors. This EULA doesn't give you rights to them beyond using the service.

• Don't copy, resell or rent access to Supacode, or offer it as your own service.
• Don't reverse engineer the service, scrape it, or access it by automated means other than the features we offer.
• Don't work around credits, plan limits, rate limits or security measures.

Code and content you create

• You own the code, text and files you build and upload with Supacode, as far as the law allows. We don't claim ownership of them.
• You may use, change, publish, distribute and sell the code you create, including for commercial projects.
• You let us store, process and serve your content as needed to run the service, including through AI providers and on sites you publish (see the Terms of Service).
• AI can produce similar code or content for other people. Your rights don't make output given to others yours, and theirs don't make yours theirs.

Templates and remixed projects

• Official Supacode templates may be copied into your projects, changed and published as part of them.
• When you share a project in the public gallery with remixing allowed, other users may copy it into their own accounts and change it. You can turn remixing off or make the project private at any time; copies made before that remain with their owners.
• When you remix someone else's project, respect any rights they or third parties have in its content, such as names, logos and photos.

Third-party code and media

• Generated projects use open-source software (for example React, Next.js and other packages) under their own licences. Those licences apply to those parts, and you are responsible for following them when you distribute your code.
• Stock photos come from Pexels under the Pexels licence. AI images are generated with Google Gemini; in some places, AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright.
• Fonts, icons, maps and other services your app loads are subject to their providers' terms.

AI output

Supacode uses AI to write code, text and images. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, insecure or similar to existing work. It is not professional, legal, financial or security advice.

Review and test what Supacode builds before you rely on it or publish it, especially anything that handles personal data, payments or sign-in. You are responsible for the apps, sites and content you publish.

Acceptable use

The acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Service apply to everything you build, publish or share with Supacode: no illegal, deceptive or harmful activity, no phishing, impersonation or malware, no attacks on systems, and no content that infringes rights or sexualises minors.

Connected services

When you connect GitHub, Supabase or Vercel, or publish an app to your own Vercel account, those services' own terms apply to what happens there. Database changes run only after your approval.

Credits and paid plans

Paid features, credits and subscriptions follow the Terms of Service and the Pricing page. The credit cost of each AI request is shown before it runs.

Ending this EULA

• You can stop using Supacode at any time and delete your account in Settings → Account & security. Deletion is immediate, so download what you want to keep first.
• We may suspend or end your access if you break this EULA or the Terms of Service, or put others at risk, as described in the Terms.
• When this EULA ends, your licence to use Supacode ends. Your rights in code you created and downloaded continue.

Warranty and liability

Supacode is a beta service provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The disclaimer of warranties, the exclusions of damages and the limit on liability in the Terms of Service apply to this EULA in full, as one combined limit for all claims.

Changes

We may update this EULA as Supacode changes. We show the date at the top and announce significant changes by email.
