Terms of Service

Your account

• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
• Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Creating accounts to collect extra free credits is not allowed.

Credits and payments

• Credits pay for AI work. The cost is shown before each request and charged according to actual usage.
• Credits for automatic fixes that fail are refunded automatically.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the paid period.
• Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where law requires.

Your content

• You own what you build and upload, as far as the law allows.
• You permit us to process your content to run the service, including through AI providers and published sites.
• Gallery projects may be viewed and remixed by other users.
• AI output can be wrong. Review code and content before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Supacode for illegal, deceptive or harmful activity.

• No phishing, impersonation or malware.
• Do not attack systems or evade service limits.
• Do not infringe rights or publish content that sexualises minors.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend accounts or block networks that violate these terms or put others at risk.

Third-party services

Connected Supabase, GitHub or Vercel accounts remain subject to their own terms. Database changes run only after your approval.

Service, warranty and liability

Supacode is a beta service provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output, availability and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Supacode and its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising from your use of the service, even if told they were possible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Supacode's total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid Supacode in the 12 months before the claim and (b) USD $100. If you use Supacode for free, that amount is zero. This is one combined limit for all claims together, by you and anyone claiming through you; several claims or events never increase it.

Some places don't allow these limits; there, they apply only as far as the law permits.

You are responsible for the apps, sites and content you build, publish or connect, and for checking them before use. You agree to cover Supacode against claims arising from your content, your published apps or your breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will announce significant changes by email.
